Construct a permutation-driven solver.

Parameters
[in]cfgSolverConfiguration for the solver.
[in]permutationOrdered sequence of solver operations.

Return the next action to execute from current solver state.

Parameters
[in]rgbdOptional RGBD image for the current scene.
[in]sceneOptional current puzzle scene state.
Returns
Action to take.
Note
Uses PERCEIVE mode to plan and request tending, then ACT mode to execute the planned operations.
